COLD CUTTING & BEVELING MACHINES
HERCULES CLAMSHELL - Range: 1" to 54" o/d (25-1372mm)
The Hercules Split Frame Clamshell range of portable cold pipe cutting and beveling machines are designed for ease of use, even in difficult situations.
Thanks to their low profile frame they are the perfect machines for use when access to the pipe is restricted.
BEVELING MACHINES
HERCULES PREP PIPE BEVELING MACHINES - Range: 1⁄2" to 24"
The Hercules PREP machines are small, medium and large diameter ID Locking pipe end beveling machines, designed to suit the arduous conditions of todays job sites covering all pipes sizes and any material from 1⁄2” to 24”.

E-Z PIPECUT
The E-Z pipecut machines are compact, strong and reliable.
A new addition is the E-Z pipecut magnetic which allows two built in sets of magnetic rollers to hold the machine to the pipe as cutting and beveling is performed.

PIPE CUTTING CRAWLER MOTORIZED
The Hercules crawler is accurate, smooth and fast. The motorized head is constructed of cast aluminium and makes it lightweight which allows single-operator set up on pipes.
We offer band for pipe sizes 6" to 60". Larger sizes available on request.
FACE MILLING MACHINES
RANGE: ½ to 3"
The PREP 2 and 3 can also be used as a face milling machine.
Its size, power, and functionality, make it extremely popular in high volume heat exchanger work,tube facing, weld removal, and J-Prepping of the tube plate. Also used extensively on Power Station Shutdowns for boiler panel bevels.
INTERNAL LINE-UP CLAMPS
With the Hercules clamping solutions we ensure an optimal weld preparation that significantly decreases turnaround time yielding savings on total project costs.
Hercules Piping Tools Engineering develops internal line up clamps for various wall thicknesses in a wide range of pipe diameters for onshore and offshore applications.
